Responsible gaming
Gambling should be entertainment. If it stops being fun, help is free and confidential.
iGamingToday is a business publication for the gambling industry. We do not offer gambling and we are not a gambling operator. Our content is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and for professionals working in the sector.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time on gambling than you can afford or intended.
- Chasing losses, or borrowing money to gamble.
- Hiding gambling from family and friends.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not gambling.

Tools that help
Most licensed operators let you set deposit, loss and time limits, take a break or self-exclude. Many banks can block gambling transactions on your cards, and blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker stops access to gambling sites on your devices.
